Electric Cars

This article explores the debate over whether electric vehicles are better for the environment or pose safety hazards. The benefits of electric vehicles are presented, such as the reduction of gas emissions and air pollution, reliance on renewable energy sources, and smart charging. Supporters argue that electric vehicles have a positive impact on the environment, while opponents claim they are a safety hazard. The article argues that despite the safety hazards, electric vehicles are a promising technological advancement that can lower air pollution and greenhouse gas emissions and that electric vehicles should be the main mode of transportation for their environmental and social benefits. I chose this topic because electric vehicles gained popularity and became a main source of transportation and it is related to my major and I wanted to look more into the topic.
